Concrete, exposed aggregate and hard pavers. Surface cleaner for an even finish, no zebra stripes.
House exterior & render
Rendered walls, painted weatherboard, Colorbond. Low pressure + correct chemistry. Mould killed at the root.
Patio & pool surrounds
Travertine, stamped concrete, timber decks. Method chosen surface-by-surface, never blanket high-pressure.
Eaves & gutter faces
Roof-line eaves, gutter exteriors and fascia. Removes streaks and mould without lifting paint.

Method matters.
Soft-wash for render, roof tiles and painted surfaces (a chemical clean at low pressure that lifts mould at the root). High pressure with a surface cleaner for concrete, hard pavers and unpainted brick.
High pressure on render, painted walls or roof tiles causes damage that costs thousands to put right. Soft-wash uses the correct chemistry at low pressure. The mould dies at the root, so it doesn't grow back in six weeks.
